I am a Certified Hypnotic Fertility Practitioner. Fertility is an area that is very close to my heart and I really enjoy working with couples and single people, supporting you on your fertility journey.

Whether you are trying to conceive naturally or through a medically aided route of conception I am able to support and work in partnership with you.

I use hypnosis to support you to maximising the mind body connection in order to work towards optimizing your chances of conception and a healthy birth.

Stress can have a major impact upon fertility as it can affect your hormones. I will work with you supporting you to reduce stress and to gain confidence and control of your life.

I can also help you towards identifying and removing any subconscious blocks.
